"Dear, where is my dinner?"
So It's has been a week since I left Aust,
Been to the city,
Been to the shopping mall,
Been to the campus,
and So on.
But I will find that cooking is worth to write by now.
So, today the topic will be "Imba Cooker"!!!
Proudly presented by me...
The cooker is well-"trained",
you are not advised to learn.
*You have been warned*

1st recipe,
Decided to make some mee hoon kueh aka pan mee...
ingredients: eggs,flour,water,samba paste,salt.
1st: pour some flour, (feeling)
2nd: put 2 EGGS, (yes 2 eggs)
3rd: put some salts (feeling)
4th: mix well and yes you go!
5th: put more water (feeling)
AND YA MAN!
the imagined-dough has born~
it out of my imagination,
the dough is full of egg york,
and lam pek pek..
I was =.=" at it.....
Nvm...
2nd attempt,
1st: pour some flour, (feeling)
2nd: put 1 egg, (yes 1 eggs)
3rd: put some salts (feeling)
4th: mix well and yes you go!
5th: put more water (feeling)
6th: let it ferment for 1 hour
for soup:
1st: water (1 bowl)
2nd: 3 tablespoon of chilly samba paste
3rd: tear the dough pieces by pieces and throw into the soup
4th: wait for "feeling" time
Conclusion:
The mee hoon kueh is not cooked (too thick because no machine)
The soup is too spicy
Makan sampai geli,
geli sampai GG.
The diary of a smart cooker
Decided to fry some chicken,
Recalled that it's a must to defrost the chicken,
take the chicken from freezer compartment and put into the lower compartment,
1 hour later,
the chicken is not defrost,
change recipe.
(I am supposed to defrost it by putting it in the normal temperature room)
2nd Recipe,
Since i fail,
i decided to fry some mee
Ingredients: egg mee, egg
1st: put the egg mee into the rice cooker with water and wait for "feeling" minutes
2nd: fry the egg (put some oil and fry it)
3rd: put the egg mee into the pan
4th: put some sesame oil
5th: realised that i do not have any black sauce,
6th: 随机应变,
7th: put soy sauce instead of black sauce
8th: simply cook
9th: put some pepper and you are ready to GO!
Conclusion:
I wasn't sure the egg mee is cooked or not since the taste is there and the mee is spongy,
soy sauce is always a no-no.
Toilet is the aftermath
Final comment,
don't try to imagine the "well-cooked" food in your mind,
retry,
redo,
recycle,
re-eat,
re-hope,
re-imagine,
and re-toilet.
These 2 recipes are the best!
It's a big world
